Specialisation: team diagnostics and development, managerial skills development, individual and team coaching
Work experience: 15 years as outdoor and indoor trainer, 6 years executive director of Štúdio Zážitku – Outward Bound Slovakia, executive officer and owner of QUANTICON s.r.o.
Qualification: trainings in facilitation, Courses of Systemic Coaching and Co-Active coaching, NLP , Wild First Responder – special first aid course in nature

Mgr. Dalibor Bednařík

Education: psychologist, Comenius University Bratislava, Philosophy Faculty
Trainer experience: eight years of experience as consultant, trainer and couch; extensive experiences with coaching of mid-level and top management in Czech and Slovak companies
Specialisation: creation and implementation of individual managerial programs – individual coaching: transformation processes and change management; team development programs – group coaching and training

Mgr. Jan Vybíral

Education: Recreology – specialisation in outdoor management
Trainer experience: twelve years as outdoor trainer of team cooperation and development
Work experience: outdoor trainer of team cooperation, founder of an NGO focusing development of inter-personnel skills in children and youths using the experience method, builder of the biggest climbing tower and high ropes in the Czech and Slovak Republics, EDUKOL o.s. Olomouc lecturer, chief lecturer of outdoor programs at AZ – DIALOG s.r.o., external lecturer at Recreology school of Palacky University in Olomouc
