Trainings of Interpersonal and Managerial skills developement
Over the years 2006 until 2008 we have realized eighty (two days long) trainings focusing on managerial and inter-personal skills development for the company employees. All together 780 participants have passed these trainings. They were aimed at:
  • Negotiation skills
  • Assertive communication skills
  • Communication skills
  • Time management and stress management
  • Presentation skills
  • Conflict resolution
Trainings of Sales skills development
Since 2006 we trained Slovak Telekom salesmen of different levels with the aim of increasing the quality of sales skills. Until 2008 we have realized forty (two days long) trainings focused on these theme. All together 450 employees have passed these trainings. Themes of trainings:
  • Business dialogue standards
  • Advanced selling techniques
  • Active selling
Outdoor training on efficient team cooperation developement
During the years 2006 to 2008 we realized fourteen outdoor trainings of team cooperation and personal development for various departments of Slovak Telekom company. Together 205 participants took part.

Tatra Leasing


Outdoor Development Centre
Within years 2007 and 2008 we have realized series of twelve outdoor teambuilding events coupled with a development centre for all Tatra Leasing departments and branches. ODC was focused on improvement of team links and identification of development areas. 120 employees participated on these trainings.

Coaching Pilot for Tatra Leasing
In 2007 and 2008 we ran a project of individual coaching focusing on development of managerial skills for heads of departments and branches of company (together 15 people). The project was followed by ODC, when development needs were identified.

Within the years 2007 and 2008 we have realized a set of five two-days long trainings of interpersonal skills for various VÚB departments themed Conflict Resolution. 55 employees were trained.

Outdoor training on efficient team cooperation developement
Since 2007 we have together realized seven outdoor trainings on team cooperation and personal development for various company departments. Together 108 employees took part.

Ringier Slovakia


Trainings of Managerial skills development
Over the years 2006 until 2008 we have realized in Ringier Slovakia company series of twelve trainings focusing managerial skills development for middle management of the company. Themes of trainings were:

- series of trainings for sixty middle managers focused on:

  • effective solving of conflicts
  • development of team cooperation
In 2009 there were running five trainings for middle management (45 participants). Themes of trainings were:

We have realized in 2007 and 2008 For Slovenská Sporiteľňa company a series of four outdoor trainings on team cooperation and personal development for various departments of the company. Together 105 employees took part.

DHL Express Slovakia


In 2011 we realized trainings of Stress management, Time management, Effective Leadership, Asertivity, Effective solving of conflicts for 25 employes of company.
In 2011 there was running whole year lasting coaching project of development for ten managers.
